This was significant as it was filmed on a table, used a grass mat, and a sky background, his main technique for filming today. He then uploaded his first remake, that being Stepney Gets Lost for Halloween. He deleted all his old content, except for a DVD Bingo video and and his preview for his series. During summer 2019, he made a trip to Strasburg, Pennsylvania, and while eating lunch, he met turtlesandthomas and was inspired by him to make better content. But never finished editing the first episode. He was going to make it as best as it could, with a full voice cast and music and sound effects. He made lots of content and at the end of 2018, he made a preview of his "new" series, which was filmed on his train table on his set. He was going to continue the series but it never happened, and said it would come in 2019. This gained popularity and he decided to make more wooden railway content. He then uploaded Duck & the New Job, a story about of his then "new" series called, Sodor's Wackiest Tales, It was the first on of his videos was edited with sound effects and music in iMovie. In 2018, his wooden railway content exploded after sending fan mail to a YouTuber.
Also in 2017, he made projects for himself that he thought were good, and while lost to time, still remembers them dearly. He made reviews, remakes, and showed off his Christmas loot. On his one year anniversary, he switch from his iPad to his then new iPod. He then changed his channel name to The New Trainz Duck, as he just got into trainz and loved the character Duck.
He made loads of videos that weren't wooden railway related including unboxings, hanging out with his friends, and just doing loads of other content.
Finally, on October 16, 2015, he made his first video called "Welcome to my channel." The main focus was a Thomas 1942 model which he had pulled up to make center stage and to talk about what he would upload on his channel. Tidmouth Yard Studios' Channel was created on December 21, 2015, as Geoffrey Thomas, his real name plus his Thomas interest, he mainly made it to watch content on it and subscribe to his inspirational Thomas the Tank Engine channels, like Thomas Wooden Railway and EnterprisngEngine93.
