Have you tried some of the other inventory reports where you can easily filter by location? I'm not sure if "count sheets" is even the proper report to use if you're looking to list out locations that have "0" quantities on hand.

To be honest in our 700 000+ downloads, we've never come across this particular case as an issue before. When developing software, you'll come across 1001 different use case scenarios. The reason why the software includes ALL your products, is because if a product record has no quantities, then it's not assigned to any particular location. Just to reiterate what we were trying to get across:īy default, count sheets won't show items with 0 quantities, however as you mentioned, you do have the option to to show items with 0 quantities. Looks like you've already talked with Stephen from our support team but we didn't come up with a solution you were happy with.
